This growing rivalry is closely linked to Africa\u2019s vast natural resources and strategic potential, which have become central to long-term plans for expanding global influence. Against this backdrop, the study analyzes the trajectory of Russia-Africa relations and partnership from the launch of the Russia\u2013Africa Summit to the Ministerial Conference held in Cairo in November 2025.
