One of the notable recent publications is The War in Ukraine: The Future of Wars and Liberal Globalization by Dr. Ahmed al-Qarni. The book, spanning 266 pages, is divided into three comprehensive chapters, each addressing independent themes. The first chapter, titled “A Geopolitical Earthquake Strikes Europe,” examines the repercussions of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and its impact on the European continent and beyond, as well as the influence of NATO expansion on European stability. The chapter highlights how the war has profoundly affected the European arena, both within the continent and in the context of international relations.

The second chapter, “The Ukrainian Crisis Will Change the Rules of the Game in Future Wars,” discusses the far-reaching consequences of the Russia-Ukraine war, which it perceives as serving Moscow’s legitimate interests. The impact of this war extends beyond the countries directly involved in the crisis, affecting the global community. The third chapter, “The Ukraine War Draws the Features of a New World Order,” explores the potential outcomes of the ongoing war and its role in reshaping the positioning and strategies of major and middle powers. This chapter covers various themes, such as the liberal order in decline, the possibility of a return to a world with multiple civilizations and cultures, the waning of economic globalization, and the shift in the United States’ role as a central deterrent. It also addresses the European Union’s re-evaluation of its strategic priorities, China’s increasing influence, Russia’s evolving position as a middle or rising power, and the opportunities for the Middle East to position itself within this emerging global order. In conclusion, the publication of this book provides valuable insights into international relations, geopolitical events, and the evolving dynamics of the global system in light of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

It is worth noting that Rasanah has previously participated in numerous book fairs, both within Saudi Arabia and beyond, including the Cairo International Book Fair, Frankfurt Book Fair, Lahore Book Fair, Sharjah International Book Fair, Beirut International Book Fair, Jeddah Book Fair, Qassim Book Fair, and Madinah Book Fair.
