“Government, Parliament and Visions to Development” Sharq Newspaper discussed in its editorial the relationship between the Iranian government and parliament concerning visions to development. The editorial said that the current government took over at a time of economical crisis with a 40% inflation rate. Government debts were skyrocketing in addition to international economical sanctions. These conditions resulted from ineffective and sabotage policies, unprecedented corruption and waste of oil astronomical revenues which were concentrated in the hands of the former government. The editorial reflected the fear of Rouhani’s government to recur the second term experience of Khatami’s era, when the Iranian economy was managed on a $ 40 oil price basis, which led to dissatisfaction among the Iranian citizens resulted from the ascetic policy. The editorial mentions the difficulties that faced Rouhani’s government hoping to relief the state of bitterness that is growing inside the Iranian society, especially Rouhani’s government implementation of the resolution taken by the former conservative parliament to stop the financial aids to the undeserving and direct them to improve the infrastructure, which can also be used by Rouhani’s opponents. The editorial also addressed foreign policy and the opponents’ attempt to disrupt the process of improving the Iranian international relations, which will have a negative impact on the economic situation and foil the current government in a cycle of failure at various levels. It is clear that recurring Khatami‘s experience worries the reformists who saw that the only way to escape the same destiny lies at the parliament support to the government by issuing a series of laws that ensure economical and foreign policy success of Rouhani’s government.
“Crisis of low-quality Iranian car Industry,” Arman Newspaper raises in its editorial the issue of the low quality of the Iranian car industry, citing the remarks of the Iranian Minister of Industry about cars manufactured in Iran, he stated that the Iranian-made cars go to repair shops before going on streets to fix up manufacturing defects which has become known to all. The editorial said that 85% of the Iranian cars components come from different manufacturers and have no relation to the standard model, so there is no wonder that these cars go to repair shops before moving. The quality of the Iranian car has not witnessed any progress since the time of Khatami, the founder of Iran Khodro fifty years ago. The Editorial emphasizes that the Iranian factories network for Auto parts are worn out and unable to meet the Iranian Auto manufacturers needs. Thus, talking about upgrading the Iranian Auto industry is so funny. Meanwhile Turkey, the Iranian regional rival, exports an estimated amount of 5 to 10 billion dollars of auto parts annually. The editorial revealed the fake progress Iran claims in many fields especially car industry, which was considered a national pride, but it seems that the accumulation problems over years without any constructive solutions is going to topple this industry internally after having lost its position in the region.
“Erdogan stepped back, Turkey moved forward,” Afrensh Newspaper opposes all other Iranian press in its position toward Erdogan’s own rapprochement steps with Israel and Russia. Most Iranian press described Erdogan’s position as a defeat and a setback to the Turkish role regionally and globally, meanwhile Afrensh Newspaper praises Erdogan, saying that after six months of diplomatic disputes between Turkey and Russia on the aftermath of the targeted Russian aircraft and Turkey’s refusal to apologize to Russia. Erdogan finally apologizes and promises to pay reparations to Russia, which was the most important condition to resume relations between the two countries. According to statistics Turkey lost five million Russian tourists annually, exports of goods to Russia has stopped, as well as transit trade that pass its lands to Russia. Consequently, the total economic damage Turkey suffered because of the strained relations amounts to $ 40 billion annually, As well as the growing disagreement with Russia concerning the Syrian crisis and accusations of supporting terrorism. The editorial sees that Turkey adopts a realistic trend in its foreign policy in order to fulfill its interests, and the change of Erdogan’s position came in favor of his country’s interests rather than his personal ego.

According to C-ESPN Channel, the White House press advisor, Eric Schultz replied to a question in a press conference regarding the statements of the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, “Hassan Nasrallah” about the Iranian financial aids, saying “We call on all those who provide aid to the Lebanese Hezbollah, to stop it. We know that Iran supports terrorism, supports Hezbollah, and for this reason, we have imposed severe sanctions on Iran”.
Hassan Nasrallah had declared, last Friday that the new round of US sanctions would not have any influence on Hezbollah, because the party takes its financial needs directly from Iran, but not from the Lebanese banks. He added “as long as Iran has the money, the party gets its needs and capabilities”.
Eric Schultz referred to the problems facing Iran’s access to global markets after the nuclear deal, and that the activists and organizations of financial markets are watching the Iranian behavior. If Iran continues to finance and support terrorism, no international financial organization will have any contact and trade deals with a country that sponsors terrorism.
