Founder and President of the International Institute for Iranian Studies (Rasanah) Dr. Mohammed Alsulami and the institute’s Advisory Board received a delegation headed by Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Prof. Rikhsieva Gulchehra Shavkatovna. The delegation included Rector Advisor Asilbek Shukurov, Vice Rector for International Cooperation Dr. Abdullayev Nodir Abdulkhayevich, Vice Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs Dr. Mirziyotov Shukhrat Mirgiyazovich, and Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Dr. Sayfullaev Durbek Bahtiyarovich. The delegation was accompanied by Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ulugbek Maksudov, Political Advisor at Uzbekistan’s Embassy Bahram Sharifov, and First Secretary Said Kamal Nabiov.
The two sides signed an MoU for joint cooperation in education, research and training and reviewed methods to enhance their cooperation in new possible fields.
