A New York court has resumed investigation about the US government’s charges against Alavi establishment for violating the US sanctions and its relationship with Tehran.
The US government lawyers claimed that Alavi has connections and is financially supported by Iran, which violates the US sanctions law of 1995 against Tehran.
“Iran” newspaper said that the US government claimed that Asa, one of Alavi’s partner corporations, has links with the Iranian Mili bank, which provoked the US government to confiscate and sell the assets of Alawi in favor of 9/11 victims families.
The US government also claimed that Alawi establishment tried to hide its relation with the Iranian government and in order to prove its claims, it said that the manager of Alavi met Iran’s Ambassador to the United Nations.
